Aventis West LLC, doing business as Aventis West Advisory, operates aventiswest.com. This notice describes what information we collect through the site and in the course of our work, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, organization, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Public contact information. We sometimes contact staff at nonprofits and public agencies using an email address published on their organization's own website.
The site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to inquiries, to provide and propose consulting services, and to keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate, as described below, or where the law requires it.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Netlify, which also processes contact form submissions. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
If we emailed you
If you received an email from us, we found your address on your organization's public website. Reply to that email or write to hello@aventiswest.com and we will not contact you again.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve clients and meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to hello@aventiswest.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
